This page represents the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of BeyondShift. It forms a binding agreement between the Platform and every user (individuals, businesses, or institutions).<\/span><\/p>

2. Parties of the Agreement<\/b><\/h2>
  1. BeyondShift Platform: A Saudi registered company under Commercial Registration No. 7050306039, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<\/span>
    <\/span>2. User: Any visitor, registered member, or beneficiary of the platform\u2019s services.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    3. General Provisions<\/b><\/h2>

    – Users must read and accept this agreement before using any services.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of all terms.<\/span>
    <\/span>– BeyondShift reserves the right to amend or update this agreement at any time.<\/span>
    <\/span>– BeyondShift may suspend or terminate access for violations.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Users must comply with Saudi laws.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Users are responsible for accurate data; false information may result in liability.<\/span><\/p>

    4. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2>

    – All content (texts, designs, trademarks, assessments, training materials) is the exclusive property of BeyondShift.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Reproduction or redistribution without consent is prohibited.<\/span>
    <\/span>– User-generated content may be used by BeyondShift.<\/span><\/p>

    5. Privacy Policy<\/b><\/h2>

    – BeyondShift is committed to protecting user data.<\/span>

    <\/span>– Only essential information is collected.<\/span>

    6. Attendance & Sessions<\/b><\/h2>

    – Clients must attend scheduled sessions.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Package validity is 6 weeks from the first session.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Delay over 10 minutes may result in cancellation.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Absence without 24h notice is considered cancellation.<\/span><\/p>

    7. Cancellation & Rescheduling<\/b><\/h2>

    – Requests must be sent at least 24 hours in advance: support@beyondshift.net.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Refunds only if no session has been attended.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Refunds within 21 business days.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Clients may change mentor once per package.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Late cancellations may incur admin fees.<\/span><\/p>

    8. Payment & Pricing<\/b><\/h2>

    – Prices are binding.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Payments via electronic methods only (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay).<\/span>
    <\/span>– Bank transfers require written approval.<\/span>
    <\/span>– Errors or unjustified charges refunded within 14 business days.<\/span><\/p>

    9. Disclaimer<\/b><\/h2>

    – BeyondShift strives for quality but is not liable for disruptions beyond control.<\/span>
    <\/span>– No guaranteed outcomes; services are guidance only.<\/span>
    <\/span>– BeyondShift not responsible for user decisions.<\/span><\/p>

    – This agreement is the full reference between BeyondShift and the user.<\/span>
