This page represents the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of BeyondShift. It forms a binding agreement between the Platform and every user (individuals, businesses, or institutions).

– Users must comply with Saudi laws.
– Users are responsible for accurate data; false information may result in liability.
4. Intellectual Property
– All content (texts, designs, trademarks, assessments, training materials) is the exclusive property of BeyondShift.
– Reproduction or redistribution without consent is prohibited.
– User-generated content may be used by BeyondShift.
5. Privacy Policy
– BeyondShift is committed to protecting user data.
– Data may be shared with technical partners for service development under confidentiality.
– Only essential information is collected.
– Cookies are used to improve experience.
– All data is managed in compliance with Saudi regulations.
6. Attendance & Sessions
– Clients must attend scheduled sessions.
– Package validity is 6 weeks from the first session.
– Delay over 10 minutes may result in cancellation.
– Absence without 24h notice is considered cancellation.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
– Requests must be sent at least 24 hours in advance: support@beyondshift.net.
– Refunds only if no session has been attended.
– Refunds within 21 business days.
– Clients may change mentor once per package.
– Late cancellations may incur admin fees.
8. Payment & Pricing
– Prices are binding.
– Payments via electronic methods only (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay).
– Bank transfers require written approval.
– Errors or unjustified charges refunded within 14 business days.
9. Disclaimer
– BeyondShift strives for quality but is not liable for disruptions beyond control.
– No guaranteed outcomes; services are guidance only.
– BeyondShift not responsible for user decisions.
10. Agreement Scope
– This agreement is the full reference between BeyondShift and the user.
– Any amendments published become part of this agreement.
– Continued use signifies full acceptance.
